Tianjiadan Medicine — pills of longevity

Description and instructions for use.

1. General information

Information about the medicinal product «Tianjiadan» was first mentioned in the tractate of the famous Chinese physician of our era, Wei Ilinj «Miraculous recipes of a hereditary doctor». Later, it is referred to as the «Guengzhendan» in the Korean tractate «Treasures of Oriental medicine». The history of this medicine, which entered the literature under the name «Imperial Toning» and has survived to our days, has been counted for several centuries. In the book «Treasures of Oriental Medicine», written by an ancient Korean author, it is said: «Having taken the Guengzhendan pill, a person suffering from poor health can obtain sustained vitality, get rid of renal and cardiac pathologies and will not suffer from any ailments». The author calls it the main component of life energy in the composition of tonic. The book also has the following record: «If in the case of liver ailments caused by physical overwork, the use of many other tonic drugs does not give the desired results, then take «Guengzhendan». It is obvious that in those old times there was not enough knowledge on the therapeutic properties and ways of using this medicine.

2. Composition

The composition of the drug Tianjiadan includes the following components: musk, soft horns of deer, cornelian cherry, Chinese angelica, Buzzandan (Chinese) - a component that strengthens the internal organs of body. The ratio of these components in a single pill is 1: 8: 8: 8: 1, respectively. Musk and Buzzandan are of the greatest importance in this composition.

1) Musk

Musk is a secret produced by the gland located between the navel and the genitals of the male musk deer. After drying, it becomes granular or lumpy. Has a specific smell, bitter taste. It can be used in the perfume industry, as well as being part of the medicines and is therefore especially famous for its pharmacological properties.

The Latin name — Muschus, English name — Musk. The composition of musk includes musk ketone (Muscone), normuskon / excalton / (Normuskone), musk alcohol (Muscol), musk pyran (Muscopyran), muskous pyridine (Muscopyridine), hydroxymuscopiridineA, HydroxymuscopyridineB, trimethylcyclotridecaneketone (3-Methylciclotridecan-1-one), cyclotetradecane ketone / oxazolidinone / (Cyclotetradecan) etc. In addition, it contains cholestone (Cholest-4-ene-3-one), cholesterol and its ethers, testosterone, estradiol, 5a-androstan-3, 17-dione / 17-diecton and 11 other androstan derivatives.

In addition to the above, musk also contains proteins and amino acids. The protein content is about 25%. There were also found active substances, their molecular mass was about 1000 peptides, and a substance with molecular weight of 5000-6000 peptides was obtained as well, in the alcoholic solution of which 4 types of free acids are contained, including arginine, Proline, glycine and alanine. Acetone, methanol and water were extracted with an alcohol solution. As the analysis of amino acids subjected to hydrolysis showed, the methanol extract contains the most large number of amino acids, including the highest content of aspartic acid, serine, cysteine, etc. In the extract of acetone the content of glutamic acid, valine, histidine and glycine is relatively high. In addition, musk also includes potassium, sodium, calcium, magnesium, aluminum, lead, chlorine, sulfates, phosphates, ammonium carbonate, allantoin, urea, cellulose. An important part of musk is the musk ketone, its content in natural pulp of musk reaches 1.58-1.84%, and its content in a natural musk mussel varies from 0.9% to 3.08.

In the treatment of heart diseases, spleen and liver muskhas a restoring effect, improves conductivity of meridians, hasprotective and absorbing properties. Helps in the treatment of apoplexy, fits of suffocation, epileptic condition from consternation, seizures of anxiety, severe pain in the heart and abdomen, trauma after falling and strokes, purulent infections.

As the numerous clinical materials show, during painful heart attacks of people suffering from coronary heart disease or in a state of deep stress, after receiving «Sukhavan» tablets, the main component of which is musk, the pain was weakened.

In European pharmacology musk is used for the manufacture of drugs that stimulate cardiac activity and other medicines for emergency care, including stimulants of the central nervous system, anesthetics for external use, and tools for removing puffiness.

In the ancient tractate «Introduction to Medicine», it is said: «Musk, flowing through all channels, reaches the muscles, penetrates into the bone marrow». But what is written in the tractate «The Anthology of the Pharmacopeia»: «Inside the body musk can penetrate into the unfavorable areas of the human body, cutting all the channels of the Yunye meridians». The meaning of these lines is that musk can very quickly penetrate to the muscles and bone marrow and fully display its therapeutic properties. A properly selected dose of musk in the composition of medicines in usegives particularly favorable effect in the treatment of patients.

According to modern scientific studies, its main component - musk ketone - has anti-inflammatory properties, the ability to suppress platelet aggregation, stimulate the central nervous system and have anti-cancer effect. There are also data on its beneficial effect on the cardiovascular system, respiratory centers, on stimulating effects on the heart and on lowering blood pressure.

Musk can be used in the treatment of patients suffering from hypertonia, atherosclerosis, cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases, autonomic nerve dysfunctions, nervous disorders, and also as a regulator of the central nervous system and as a treatment for strokes.
